Release of RFP Documents and Bidder Registration

Entergy Services, LLC (“ESL”), on behalf of Entergy Texas, Inc. (“ETI”), has issued final documents for the 2024 Request for Proposals for Capacity and Energy from Existing Generation Resources for Entergy Texas, Inc. (“2024 ETI Existing Resource Energy and Capacity RFP”). The documents are available on the 2024 ETI Existing Resource Energy and Capacity RFP website, https://spofossil.entergy.com/ENTRFP/SEND/2024ETIExistingResourceRFP/Index.htm. To register for the 2024 ETI Existing Resource Energy and Capacity RFP, Bidders are required to submit a completed Bidder Registration Form and Agreement via email to the Bid Event Coordinator (eslrfp@entergy.com), copying the Independent Monitor for the RFP (“IM”) (IM-2024ESLRFP@acciongroup.com), by the Bidder Registration Deadline. Bidder Registration is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. CPT on April 24, 2024, and to be available until 5:00 p.m. CPT on April 30, 2024. Questions can be submitted to the Bid Event Coordinator, copying the IM, at their respective email addresses referenced above, throughout the Bidder Registration Period. Please review Section 5 of the main body of the RFP before submitting any questions. Terms used but not defined in this notice have the meaning ascribed to them in the 2024 ETI Existing Resource Energy and Capacity RFP.

Bidders Conference

The Bidders Conference is currently scheduled at 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. CPT on April 16, 2024. ESL encourages Bidders to submit RFP-related questions they desire to have addressed at the Bidders Conference in writing to the Bid Event Coordinator via the RFP inbox (eslrfp@entergy.com) and the Independent Monitor via email (IM-2024ESLRFP@acciongroup.com) in advance of the Bidders Conference. In order to allow ESL and ETI adequate time to prepare their responses for presentation at the Bidders Conference, we ask that questions be submitted no later than April 9, 2024. Questions submitted after April 9, 2024, may not be addressed during the Bidders Conference. However, written responses to questions not addressed during the conference will be provided and, subject to limited exceptions, posted on the RFP website’s “QA” section, along with those addressed during the conference.

Logistical information concerning the Bidders Conference is provided below:

Bidders are strongly encouraged (but not required) to participate in the Bidders Conference. After the conference, ESL will post the written materials presented during the Bidders Conference to the RFP website ( https://spofossil.entergy.com/ENTRFP/SEND/2024ETIExistingResourceRFP/Index.htm). The posted materials may not duplicate all of the information made available at the Bidders Conference. In addition, ESL will provide written responses to all questions submitted before, during, and after the Bidders Conference and will post the questions and answers on the RFP website under the QA tab.

ESL requests that participating organizations register for the Bidders Conference with the Bid Event Coordinator, by electronic mail, no later than April 15, 2024, via the RFP inbox (eslrfp@entergy.com). The registration notice should specify the name of the participating organization, as well as the name, title, and contact telephone number(s) of each individual representing the participating organization during the Bidders Conference. Once the Bid Event Coordinator receives a registration notice for a conference participant, the Bid Event Coordinator will provide the dial-in/Webex meeting details to the registered participant(s)
