Release of RFP Documents and Bidder Registration

Entergy Services, LLC (“ESL”), on behalf of Entergy Louisiana (“ELL”), has issued final documents for the 2024 Request for Proposals for ELL’s Power Through Solar + Battery energy storage systems (BESS) program (“2024 ELL Power Through Solar + BESS RFP”) in Power Advocate https://www.poweradvocate.com, Entergy’s RFP bid platform. A courtesy copy of the bid documents have also been posted to the 2024 ELL Power Through Solar + BESS RFP website https://spofossil.entergy.com/ENTRFP/SEND/2024ELLPowerThroughSolarBESSRFP/Index.htm .

For suppliers that are NOT yet registered in the bid event in Power Advocate but are interesting in participating in the “2024 ELL Power Through Solar + BESS RFP", Bidders shall email the Bid Event Coordinator (ajone16@entergy.com), copying the back-up Point of Contact for the RFP (aruiz4@entergy.com ) by the Bidder Registration Deadline. Bidder Registration is still available and remains available until 5:00 p.m. CST on Monday, February 5, 2024 (Bidder Registration Deadline). Questions about registering for the bid event should be submitted to the Bid Event Coordinator, copying the back-up POC, at their respective email addresses referenced above, throughout the Bidder Registration Period. All other questions about the RFP itself or bid package, should be submitted in Power Advocate in accordance with the RFP Instructions.

Bidders / Pre-Proposal Conference / WebEx

The Bidders Conference is currently scheduled at 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. CST on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. ESL encourages bidders to submit RFP-related questions they desire to have addressed at the Bidders Conference in writing within the Power Advocate bid event in accordance with the RFP Instructions, in advance of the Bidders Conference. ESL will attempt, at its discretion, to address some high level questions / clarifications at the Bidder’s conference as well as provide an overview of the RFP and ELL Power Through Solar + Battery program. However, generally, all questions received will be responded to in writing within the bid event in Power Advocate as per the RFP Instructions

Logistical information concerning the Bidders / Pre-Proposal Conference is provided below:

Dial-in/Webex Meeting Information: Will be provided in Power Advocate bid event after bidder registration.

Bidders are encouraged (but not required) to participate in the Bidders Conference. After the conference, ESL will post any written materials presented during the Bidders Conference to the bid event in Power Advocate as well as courtesy copy to the RFP website: https://spofossil.entergy.com/ENTRFP/SEND/2024ELLPowerThroughSolarBESSRFP/Index.htm The posted materials may not duplicate all of the information made available at the Bidders Conference. In addition, ESL will provide written responses to all questions submitted before and after the Bidders Conference, in writing, within the bid event in Power Advocate as per the RFP Instructions.

ESL requests that participating organizations register for the Bidders Conference with the Bid Event Coordinator, via the messaging tab within the bid event in Power Advocate, no later than February 2, 2024. The registration notice should specify the name of the participating organization, as well as the name, title, email address, and contact telephone number(s) of each individual representing the participating organization during the Bidders Conference. Once the Bid Event Coordinator receives a registration notice for a conference participant, the Bid Event Coordinator will provide the dial-in/Webex meeting details to the registered participant(s).
