Notice of Release of 2024 ELL Demand Response Program RFP, Bidder Registration and Bidders Conference

Release of RFP Documents and Bidder Registration

Entergy Services, LLC (“ESL”), on behalf of Entergy Louisiana, LLC (“ELL”) has posted documents for the 2024 ELL Demand Response Program RFP in Power Advocate https://www.poweradvocate.com, Entergy’s RFP bid platform. A courtesy copy of the Instructions to Bidders and RFP Scope of Work have also been posted to the 2024 ELL Demand Response Program RFP website: https://spofossil.entergy.com/ENTRFP/SEND/2024ELLDemandResponsePrograms/Documents.htm.

For suppliers that are NOT yet registered in the bid event in Power Advocate but are interested in participating in the “2024 ELL Demand Response Program RFP ", Bidders shall use the following link to request access: https://www.poweradvocate.com/pR.do?okey=224110&pubEvent=true. If bidders have difficulty registering, they may reach out to mfishe4@entergy.com, copying the back-up Point of Contact for the RFP (kbelle1@entergy.com) before the Bidder Registration Deadline. In order for Bidder's firm’s proposal to be considered, Bidder should complete the 'Intent to Bid Form' form located in the "Commercial" tab in Power Advocate by 12:00 pm (Central) on October 10, 2024 (Bidder Registration Deadline). All questions about the RFP itself or bid package, should be submitted in Power Advocate in accordance with the RFP Instructions.

Bidders / Pre-Proposal Conference / WebEx

ELL intends to hold a Bidders Conference via teleconference/webcast on October 3, 2024; it is open to all participants and/or stakeholders who might be interested in the 2024 ELL Demand Response Program RFP. ESL encourages bidders to submit RFP-related questions they desire to have addressed at the Bidders Conference in writing within the Power Advocate bid event in accordance with the RFP Instructions, in advance of the Bidders Conference. ESL will attempt, at its discretion, to address some high level questions / clarifications at the Bidder’s conference as well as provide an overview of the RFP. However, generally, all questions received will be responded to in writing within the bid event in Power Advocate as per the RFP Instructions.
