The redlined Draft Fall 2004 RFP MUCCO and MUCPA Gas Tolling Model Contracts that were compared to the Fall 2003 RFP contracts, and previously posted, have been removed from the ESI RFP Website. These documents are available and will be posted upon request. They were removed to avoid any confusion between them and the redlined documents that are being posted that compare the Draft Fall 2004 RFP documents to the Final Fall 2004 RFP documents.
