 Conclusion of January 2009 Western Region RFP

As a result of the January 2009 Western Region RFP, Entergy Services, Inc., as agent for Entergy Texas, Inc., has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Exelon Generation Company, LLC to purchase 150-300 megawatts of capacity and energy from the Tenaska Frontier Generating Station located in Grimes County, Texas.  The PPA has an approximately ten-year delivery term and may be terminated by ETI if necessary regulatory approvals, including full cost recovery, are not obtained.
